Cancellation policy

- Cancellations are allowed 24 hours prior to departure date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- No-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Children Policy

Children under age 12 are not advised to join this tour. To ride a quad minimum age required is 19. The participants under age 19 should share the quad with another person aged 19 or over.
